The Hilltop Jewel was once a popular venue among hunting enthusiasts, throwing wild post-hunting parties, but today this venue is internationally famous for its Stilton cheese, originally made here by the housekeeper. The pastures at the Hilltop Jewel are grazed by attractive English Longhorn cows, once almost facing extinction, but now favoured for the producing of delicious, organic beef.
Why not add a bite of Stilton and some organic beef to your menu to make your experience here that little bit more English?
