St Bride’s Church Spire in London supposedly inspired a local baker to make the world’s first traditional 3-tiered, iced wedding cake. However, today the choice of wedding cakes available is endless.

Your cake can be any flavour or a mixture of flavours for each tier, from fruit cake, carrot cake, sponge cakes in vanilla, chocolate, lemon or coffee, and even cakes made of mousse, ice-cream or cheesecake.

Round cakes, square cakes, flower shaped cakes, heart shaped cakes…it’s entirely up to you. Our pastry professionals will ice your cake to suit your wedding colour scheme, adding the finishing touches with fruits and flowers. Scattered fresh petals make gorgeous cake decorations!
